At-homeness Vacation Rentals ("we", "us") operates at-homeness.com / athomeness.com and provides short-term vacation rental management services. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect. When you book a stay or contact us, we collect the information needed to manage your reservation: your name, email address, phone number, booking dates, party details, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we never store full card numbers). If you book through a partner platform (Airbnb, Vrbo), we receive reservation details from that platform.

How we use your information. We use your information solely to operate your reservation and our services: booking confirmations and receipts, check-in instructions and arrival details, responses to your questions, stay support, checkout reminders, and required record-keeping. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS). If you provide a mobile number, we may send you transactional text messages about your own reservation (for example: booking confirmation, check-in instructions, or replies to your questions). Message frequency varies with your stay; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform providers necessary to deliver the messages.

Sharing. We share information only with service providers required to run our business (payment processors, messaging and email delivery providers, channel-management platforms) and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Data retention & your rights. We keep reservation records as required for business and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing ben@athomeness.com.
