This home’s location in Eagle Rock lands our guests in one of the city’s burgeoning trendy areas. Colorado Blvd. has quite a few great restaurants and coffee shops less than ten minutes away. There’s also a Starbucks Coffee that takes 10-15 minutes to get to on foot. A bus station just down the street for line 28 can take you to Downtown LA or Century City. Griffith Park, where you can visit the LA Zoo and Griffith Observatory, plus hike and get some great views of Los Angeles, is 10 minutes away by car or Uber. The house is also just off Glendale Freeway which connects directly to Highway 5.
