The house was fully renovated in 2015 and has a brand new kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, and all new wood floors. All rooms and ceilings are painted white and the house gets a lot of natural light. There are windows in every single room including the bathrooms. The dining room has a dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people and the living room is furnished with a sofa, vintage Pace chairs, and a decorative fireplace. A washer and dryer are located in a closet in the hallway, and there's a den between the two bedrooms which makes a great space for an extra guest to sleep.

The master bathroom has double doors that open onto the backyard and there are chairs and a small table for enjoying a morning coffee in the garden. The entire yard is fenced in a private with bamboo planted along the fence, succulent gardens along the house, a grassy lawn, and a patio space with a dining table, seating for 4, sun loungers, and a fire-pit with lounge seating. A grill located in the backyard is conveniently located outside the kitchen door and is available for guests to use.

The front porch is shaded by the roof and the entire front yard is fenced in. It's landscaped with 2 mature palm trees, potted succulents, and a river rock path to the front gate.
